Planning & Design
Our process begins with a meeting with you to understand your goals, budget, and to get an understanding of the site. A preliminary design is discussed in detail for your approval.
Engineering & Approvals
There are many details that need to be taken care of, including site planning, engineering drawings, and other items requiring municipal approvals. Watko takes care of everything.
Construction
With a final approved plan, Watko sources all materials and prepares the site for construction. We offer a complete turnkey solution: foundations and slab, electrical and plumbing, through to finishing and grading.
Project Wrap-up
At Watko Construction, the job isn’t complete until you are fully happy. This is why we ensure a customer inspection is undertaken, and ensure all work meets or exceeds expectations.
